Catherine Blair, 78, passed away May 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband George Sr,; son Rich; and grandson Richard Jr. Catherine is survived by her children Deborah (Richard), Brenda, George (Tina), Barry (Marie), William, Jeff (Maryann), Dianne (Blane), and Cindy; grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and sisters. The family wishes to thank Westmoreland Manor staff for her care. She has been cremated.
