Katharine B. (Billey) Kochis, 76, of Norvelt, passed away June 10, 2015. Born November 13, 1939 in United, she was a daughter of late Michael and Helen (Antonishen) Billey. A Funeral Mass will be 10 A.M. Monday, alongside her husband, James, in St. Vincent Basilica, Latrobe. Arrangements are in the care of JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME 2245 Mt.
